Registered Care Manager, Wadswick Green

Leanne joined Wadswick Green in 2023 to head up the Rangeford Care team. Leanne joins us at an exciting time to lead the team at Wadswick. She will be an invaluable addition to our team and we are looking forward to what she can bring to the village in the future.

Maisy Crampton

Team Lead, Wadswick Green

Maisy has worked at Wadswick Green for over 8 years and has seen the village grow into an award-winning village. Having started as a Care Assistant, Maisy now leads the day-to-day care team as Team Lead. She is currently undertaking a Level 4 in Health and Social Care and has aspirations to develop further and improve the service delivered to our residents.

Nikki Wright

Team Lead, Wadswick Green

Having joined the team in 2023 as Team Lead, Nikki brings a wealth of care knowledge and experience having worked in various care related roles for over 10 years. She aims to build a relationship with clients that goes beyond just a professional one and helps build up their confidence to allow them to live more independently and confidently.
